Pre-Order Policy
My Angel Messenger™ is currently offered as a First Edition Pre-Order.
By placing a pre-order, you reserve your My Angel Messenger™ before the official launch.
Pre-Order Cancellations
First Edition Pre-Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.
To request a cancellation, please contact us using the information provided below.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.
After an Order Has Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled as a pre-order.
If you experience a problem with your order after delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Returns After Delivery
Customers may return My Angel Messenger™ within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned items must be in like-new condition and include the original storybook, Plush Angel and keepsake gift box.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange or refund when appropriate.
